初中时候，在每一个男孩子都面临着选择一项运动的时候，我选择了足球。要知道，在那个幼稚和严肃的年代，选择了足球就不能再和打篮球的混在一起了。圈子和圈子之间很隔离，通常还牵扯到学习成绩，与老师的关系，交流方式甚至审美情趣的差别。我很高兴选择了足球圈，他甚至帮助了我学习成绩的提高。但略微惋惜的是我在篮球上的才华也被慢慢埋没，常常设，如果当初选择了篮球，会不会长得高点呢？鱼与熊掌不可兼得，接下来的十年中，我不懂，不会，不摸并经常讽刺和挑衅篮球。打篮球的在我们（我和黎亮）眼中都是傻大个，莽夫和粗鲁的代名词。但时过境迁，升入高中之后，来了一个轮转换位。打篮球的在一夜之间都变成了帅哥，成绩好的，和开朗活泼的。足球圈里剩下的都是小个子，长相难看，内向乖僻和凑热闹的。这也难怪，篮球两个人都可以玩儿，而足球两个人只能倒倒脚。就这样跌跌撞撞的，带着我的运动步入了大学的校园。大学校园里玩什么的都有，轮滑，单车这些边缘项目都有好几个俱乐部，而圈子之间的差异也越来越小：一米五几都能随意上篮，两米有余也可倒挂金钩。要不怎么叫大学呢，真是藏龙卧虎，天下大同呀。最奇怪的是能人辈出，有的大侠上午在篮球场上表演灌篮，下午在足球场上凌空抽射，此外空手道乒乓球也颇有造诣，据小道消息称他们的女朋友一个月换一个，一个比一个漂亮，性格气质绝不重样。这些骇人听闻的传说使我陷入了思索之中：有的人辛苦一生，略有所获；有的人三头六臂，熠熠生辉。我已经失去了最好的学习机会，那就从头开始，刻苦练习。于是，在大学的最后两年里，我开始打起了篮球。
断断续续，三年过去。虽然依旧打得不好，也算入了这道门槛。每一项运动都有它的意义和魅力，从战略到技战术，这一颗球就是一方战场，一份信念，一个人的缩影。在遗憾于没有早点认识这项运动的同时我更庆幸终于喜欢上了它。也许有终点，但我已从过程中找到了快乐。
而作为篮球世界中最高技战术水平的赛事，NBA之于我的不仅是学习，，也是启迪。汗水，忍耐，拼搏，坚持和接受。它包含的太多，也教会我太多。
今天早上，是06—07赛季的终点。马刺获得了总冠军。这个赛季虽然结束了，但NBA的故事还在继续，我的篮球故事也在继续...
